RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 1st November 1972
No. CI-13(II)/70.— In partial modification of the Resolution No. CI-13(II)/70 dated the 12th October, 1970 of the former Ministry of Petroleum & Chemicals and Mines and Metals (Department of Mines and Metals) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) No. 174 dated 15th October, 1970, and in continuation of the Resolution of even number dated 24th April, 1972 the Government of India has been pleased to grant time till 31st March, 1973 for the submission of the final Report of the Fuel Policy Committee.
Shri T, L. Sankar who has since taken over as Chief (Project Appraisal) in the Planning Commission with effect from 1st November, 1972, will continue to act as Secretary of the Committee.
Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned.
Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India, Extra- ordinary for general information.
