ORDER

New Delhi, the 13th November, 1972

S.O. 703(E)/IDRA/5/2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 read with rule 4 of the Central Advisory Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints the undermentioned persons to be members till the 28th August, 1974 of the Central Advisory Council of Industries established by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 2591 dated the 2Sth August, 1972 as amended and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the said Order, namely:—

In the said Order, after entry No. 27 relating to Shri D. N. Sahay, the follow- ing entries shall be added namely:—

"28. Shri D. Inder Singh M.P., A-12, Westend, New Delhi-21.

29. Shri Devendra Satpathy, M.P., 60, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi."
