EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT Export of Footwear-all types.
No. 30-ETC(PN)/72.—It is notified for the information of the trade that export of all types of footwear will be canalised through the State Trading Cor- poration of India Limited with immediate effect.
2. It is further notified that contracts already entered into prior to the date of canalisation (namely 14-11-72), should be got registered with the State Trading Corporation of India Limited by the 7th December, 1972. Exports against such contracts will be allowed only after they are clear by the State Trading Cor- poration of India Limited.
