ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th November 1972
G.S.R. 460(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Foodgrains (Restrictions on Border Movement) Order, 1969, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Uttar Pradesh Foodgrains (Restrictions on Border Movement) Amendment Order, 1972.

In clause 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Foodgrains (Restrictions on Border Movement) Order, 1969, in the proviso, for sub-clause (v). the follnwing sub- clause shall be substituted, namely: —"(v) not exceeding twenty kilograms in weight In the aggregate, at one time, by a oona fide resident of the border are* far domestic con- sumption; or "
