NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th November 1972
S.O. 716(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely:— 1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Sixth Amendment Rules, 1972.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 195, "or entry (17), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"(17) in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Department of Industrial Development), by the Commissioner (Industrial Coopera- tives), or the Deputy Director (Industrial Cooperatives) or the Director (Appropriate Technology Cell) in that Department; or".
