New Delhi , the 24th November , 1972
G.S.R. 464 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government here by makes the follow- ing order further to amend the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) Tais Order may be called the Vegetable Oil Products Control ( Amendment ) Order , 1972 .
(2) It shall come into force at once .
2. In the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 ,-
(i) after clause 4 - A , the following clause shall be inserted , namely :-
"4 -B . ( 1 ) The Controller may , having regard to the availability of vegetable oils in any region and all other relevant factors , prescribe the maximum or minimum limit of usage of any vegetable oil in the manufacture of vegetable oil product in that region .
Explanation . For the purposes of this clause , " region" means a region specified in the Table appended to this Order .
(2) No producer shall use any vegetable oil in respect of which maximum or minimum limits of usage have been prescribed under sub - clause ( 1 ) at a level higher than the maximum limit or lower than the minimum limit , so prescribed , " ;

(ii ) after clause 15 , the following Table shall be inserted , namely:-

सा० का० नि ० 464 ( श्र ) आवश्यक वस्तु श्रधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण आदेश 1947 में और श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, अर्थात:-
1. ( 1 ) इस श्रादेश का नाम वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण ( संशोधन ) आदेश , 1972 है ।
( 2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण आदेश , 1947 , में-
( i ) खण्ड 4- क के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित खण्ड अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
" 4-ख. ( 1 ) नियंत्रक, किसी प्रदेश में वनस्पति तेल की उपलभ्यता और अन्य सुसंगत बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, उस प्रदेश में वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद के विनिर्माण में किसी वनस्पति तेल के अधिकतम या न्यूनतम प्रयोग की सीमा विहित कर सकेगा ।
स्पष्टीकरण. इस खण्ड के प्रयोजनार्थ "प्रदेश " से इस आदेश से संलग्म सारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रदेश अभिप्रेत है ।

( 2 ) कोई भी उत्पादक ऐसा वनस्पति तेल , जिसके प्रयोग के सबम्न्ध में न्यूनतम या अधिकतम सीमा उप-खण्ड ( 1 ) के अधीन विहित कर दी गई है, इस प्रकार विहित अधिकतम सीमा से अधिक मात्रा में या न्यूनतम सीमा से न्यून माप्ता में प्रयुक्त नहीं करेगा । " ;
( ii ) खण्ड 15 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित सारणी अंतः स्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-

स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र में स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र समाविष्ट होंगे ।

G.S.R. 465 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 4 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 , the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of Quality) Order 1972 , No. G.S.R. 87 (B ) dated the 19th February , 1972 , namely :----
1. (1 ) This Order shall be called the Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of Quality ) Second Amendment Order , 1972 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st December , 1972 .
2. In clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of Quality ) Order , 1972 , in sub - clause (1) , for para (a ) , the following para shall be substituted , namely :T
"(a) The vegetable oil product (hereinafter referred to as the product ) shall be prepared by hydrogenation of one or more of the following vegetable oils , namely:
(i) Cottonseed oil

( iv) Palm oil
(v ) Rice bran oil
(vi) Soyebean oil . "

सा० का ० नि ० 465 ( अ ) .-वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण आदेश , 1947 के खण्ड 4 के उप-खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रक , बनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( क्वालिटी के मानक ) आदेश 1972 , सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 87 ( ई) तारीख 19 फरवरी , 1972 में और श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का नाम वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( क्वालिटी के मानक ) द्वितीय संशोधन भादेश , 1972 है ।
( 2 ) यह 1 दिसम्बर , 1972 को प्रवूत होगा ।
2. धनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( क्वालिटी के मानक ) आदेश 1972 के खण्ड 2 में, उप - खण्ड ( 1 ) में, पैरा ( क ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा रखा जायेगा , अर्थात्: --
" ( क ) वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उत्पाद कहा गया है ) निम्नलिखित वनस्पति तेलों में से एक या अधिक के हाइड्रोजनीकरण द्वारा तैयार किया जाएगा , श्रर्थात्:
( i ) बिनौले का तेल
( ii ) मूंगफली का तेल
( iii ) मकई ( मक्का ) का तेल
( iv) ताड़ का तेल
( v ) चावल की भूसी का तेल
(vi ) सोयाबीन का तेल]

G.S.R. 455 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 4 - B of the Ve- getable 0.1 Products Control Order , 1947 , the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby prescribes the limits of usage of the vegetable oils specified in column ( 1 ) of the Table below , in the manufacture of vegetable oil product (other than product manufactured for non - edible , indus- trial use ) , during the three - month period December 1972 - February 1973 and during each subse- quent two - month period, ( that is , March - April 1973. May- June 1973 , and so on), by any pro- ducer in the regions specified in column ( 2 ), to be those shown against each in column ( 3 ) thereof.

सा० फा ० ति ० 466 ( श्र) बनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण आदेश , 1947 के खण्ड 4-ख के उपखण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रक एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तुम्भ 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट वनस्पति तेलों की , वनस्५ .ते तेल उत्पाद के (अभोज्य, औद्योगिक प्रयोग के लिए विनिर्मित उत्पाद से भिन्न) दिसम्बर 1972-- फरवरी 1973 की तीन-मास की अवधि के दौरान और तत्पश्चात् प्रत्येक दो मास की अवधि, ( अर्थात्, मार्च-अप्रैल 1973 , मई-जून 1973 और इसी प्रकार ) के दौरान , विनिर्माण में स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रदेशों के किसी भी उत्पादक द्वारा प्रयुक्त किये जाने के लिए प्रत्येक के सामने स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में दिखाई गई सीमा तक विहित करते हैं ।
