NOTIFICATION
New Delhi the 30th November 1972
G.S.R. 470(E)/Ess. Com./Sugarcane--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 11 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1960, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by clauses 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the said Order shall be exercisable also by the Director of Agriculture. Kerala and further directs that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food. Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1127/ESS. Com./Sugarcane, dated the 16th July, 1966 namely: —
In the said notification, after the words ''and West Bengal.' the words "the Director of Agriculture, Kerala." shall he inserted.
