New Delhi, the 30th November 1972

G.S.R. 473 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule 2 of Rule 4 of the Indian Admini- strative (Cadre) Rules. 1954, the Central Government., in consultation with the Governments of Manipur and Tripura. hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength') Regulations, 1955, namely :—

1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fourteenth Amendment Regulations, 1972.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Gazette of India

2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955 for the entries occurring under Manipur-Tripura, the following shall be substi- tuted namely :—

jG.S.R. 474 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-seciion (i) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with Rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the Governments of Manipur & Tripura hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Nineteenth Amend- ment Rules, 1972,

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In Schedule TTI appended to the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, It>54, (a) under the heading "A—Posts carrying pay above the time scale pay in the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments in the Table—
