ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th November 1972
G.S.R. 475 ( E ) .- Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary and expendient so to do or securing the equitable distribution of the essential commodity , namely , fertiliser ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) the Central Government hereby directs that the manufacturers specified in the Schedule given below :

( 1) shall sell to the registered fertiliser dealers in the States or Union Territories or the Tea Board mentioned in column 1 of the said schedule , fertiliser of the description and quantity mentioned therein and during the period 1st December , 1972 to 31st January , 1973 ; and ( 2) shall submit to the Central Government and the State Governments or U.Ts. and Tea Board mentioned in column 1 of the said schedule a statement by the 15th day of every month containing therein- ( i ) the quantity of fertiliser despatched to various dealers in the State , Union Territories and Tea Board mentioned in column 1 with the dates of despatch during the previous month ; and
(ii) the quantity of fertiliser which the said manufacturers proposed to despatch to the various dealers in the State , Union Territories and Tea Board mentioned in column 1 in the succeeding month .

सा ० का ० ति ० 475 ( श्र ) -यतः केंद्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता हे कि आवश्यक वस्तु अर्थात् अर्व रक का सम्म्य - पूर्ण वितरण करने के लिए ऐसा करना आवश्यक तथा समीचीन है ;
अतः अब , श्रावश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , फेन्द्रीय सरकर एतद्वारा यह निदेश देती है कि निम्नलिखित अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट विनिर्माता:-
1. तथाकथित अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 1 में उल्लिखित राज्यों/ संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों अथवा टो बोर्ड में रजिस्ट्रीकृत उर्वरक व्यावहारियों को उक्त अनुसूची में उल्लिखित उर्वरक तथा माता को पहली दिसम्बर से 31 जनवरी , 1973 की अवधि के दौरान बेचेंगे ; और
2. केन्द्रीय सरकार और तथाकथित अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 1 में उल्लिखित राज्य सरकार/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों और टी बोर्ड को प्रत्येक मास की 15 तारीख तक एक विवरण प्रस्तुत करेंगे , जिसमें निम्नलिखित होगाः-
( i ) स्तम्भ 1 में उल्लिखित राज्यों/ संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों और टी बोर्ड के विभिन्न व्यावहा- रियों को पूर्व मास में भेजे गये उर्वरक की मात्रा, उनकी प्रेषण की तारीखों सहित ; और SEC. 3 ( 1 ) ]

( ii ) स्तम्भ 1'में उल्लिखित राज्यों/ संघों राज्य क्षेत्रों और टी बोर्ड के विभिन्न व्या- वहारियों को उत्तस्वर्ती मास में उक्त विनिर्माता, जिस उर्वरक को भेजने की प्रस्थापना करता है, उसकी मात्रा ।
