New Delhi, the 11th December 1972
S.O. 742(E)/18A/IDRA/72.—Whereud by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development). No. S.O. 4460/18A/IDRA/67, dated the 14th December, 1967, (as amended from time to time) the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Samastipur Central Sugar Company Limited, Samastipur, District Darbhanga (Bihar) has been taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of sec- tion 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (63 of 1951), for a period of five years up to and inclusive of the 13th December, 1972;
And Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking should con- tinue for a further period of two years under the body of persons authorised by the Central Government (in the order mentioned above referred to as the Board of Management);
