New Delhi, the 15th December 1972
G.S.R. 489(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33 of the Coking Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1972 (36 of 1972), the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that the powers exerciseable by it under section 29 of the said Act may also be exercised by (a) the Managing Director, Bharat Coking Coal Limited in respect of the mines specified at serial numbers 9 to 214 of the First Schedule to the said Act and in respect of all the coke oven plants specified in the Second Schedule to the Act, (b) the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, National Coal Development Corporation Limited in respect of the mines specified at serial numbers 1 to 8 of the First Schedule to the said Act,
