New Delhi , the 16th December 1972
S.O. 749 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 5 ) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Act , 1971 ( 50 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) , No. S.O. 5483 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely: -
( 1 ) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance (Fourth Amendment ) Scheme , 1972 .
( 2 ) It shall come into force on the Ist day of January , 1973 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme for sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 10, the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted namely:-
"( 1 ) The premium payable under any policy of insurance in respect of the quarter ending on the 31st day of March , 1973 , shall ,-
(a ) in respect of a policy of insurance in force on the 31st December , 1972. be nil ;

(b ) in the case of all new policies including supplementary policies to the existing ones , be at the rate of six paise for every hundred rupees or any part thereof of the sum insu.ed."

का ०ग्रा ० 749 ( अ ) आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 30 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ० 5483 के साथ प्रकाशिन आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
होगा । ( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा ( चतुर्थ संशोधन ) स्कीम, 1972
( 2 ) यह जनवरी , 1973 के प्रथम दिन को प्रयुन होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में , पैरा 10 के उप पैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उपपैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
( 1) बीमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन , मार्च 1972 के इकतीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही की बाबत संदेय प्रीमियम,
(क) 31 दिसम्बर, 1972 की प्रवृत बोमा की पालिसी की बाबत शून्य होगा;
(ख ) सभी नई पालिसियों को दशा में, जिनके अन्तर्गत विद्यमान पालिसियों की अनुपूरक पालिसिया भी आती हैं , बीमाकृत राशि के प्रत्येक सौ रुपये या उसके किसी भाग के लिए छह पैसे की दर पर होगा । "

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 6 ) of section 3 of the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Act , 1971 , ( 51 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Scheme published with the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 5486 , dated the 10th December . 1971 , namely:-
( 1 ) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance ( Fourth Amendment ) Scheme , 1972 .
( 2 ) It shall come into force on the 1st day of January , 1973.

का० ग्रा ० 750 ( अ ) -आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 51 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिनम्बर , 1971 की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० प्रा ० 5486 के साथ प्रकाशित आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीना स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्क्रीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम झापात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा ( चतुर्थ संशोधन ) स्कीम, 1972 होगा ।
( 2) यह जनवरी 1973 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में , पैरा 8 के उप पैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित उप पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" ( 1 ) बीमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन , मार्च 1972 के इकतीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही की बात संदेय प्रीमियम-
(क ) 31 दिसम्बर 1972 को प्रवृत बीमा की पालिसी की बाबत , शून्य होगा,
( ख ) सभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में, जिनके अन्तर्गत विद्यमान पालिसियों की अनुपूरक पालिसियों भी आती हैं , बीमाकृत राशि के प्रत्येक सौ रुपए या उसके किसी भाग के लिए दस पैसे की दर पर होगा । "
