NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th December 1972
G.S.R. 491 ( E ) -Whereas the Coal Board has , after investigation , made a declaration, on the eighteenth day of December. 1972 , to the effect that seams I to IX ( both inclusive ) , as correlated by the Geological Survey of India , in the West Bokaro Coalfield comprising the terrain east of the Hazaribagh - Ranchi Road, contain coking coal and the said declaration has been published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part III , Section 4 , dated 18th December 1972;
AND WHEREAS the mines specified in the Table appended to this notification contain the said seams I to IX;
AND WHEREAS by virtue of the said declaration made by the Coal Board , the mihes specified in the said Table have become coking coal mines ;
AND WHEREAS by virtue of the provisions of the proviso to sub - section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the Coking Coal Mines ( Emergency Provisions ) Act , 1971 ( 64 of 1971 ) , the management of the said coking coal mines has , for the purposes of the said Act , vested in the Central Government , on and from the date of the said declaration;

NOW, THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 7 ) of section 5 of the Coking Coal Mines ( Emergency Provisions ) Act, 1971 ( 64 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints , with effect from the Nineteenth day of December, 1972 , the National Coal Development Corporation , Ranchi , a Government company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , as the Custodian of the said coking coal mines .

मा० का ० मि ० 491 ( श्र ) यन कोयला बोर्ड नं . अन्वेषण के पश्चात् 1972 , दिसम्बर के अठारहवें दिन यह घोषणा की कि वैस्ट बोकारों कोलफील्ड के क्षेत्र में भारतीय भूवैज्ञानिक गर्वेक्षण द्वारा यथा महसम्बधिन परत स ० एक में नौ (दोनों को सम्मिलित कर ) जिस में हजारी- बाग-गंची सडक का पूर्वी भूभाग समाविष्ट है, कोककारी कोयला को अन्तर्विष्ट करती है और उका प्रोत्रणा भारत के राजपत्र , श्रसाधारण तारीख 18-12-1972 के भाड 3. खंड 1 में प्रकाशित हो चुकी है ;
श्रीर यन : इम अधिसूचना में उपाबद्ध सारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट खानें उक्त एक से नौ परतों को अन्षिष्ट करती है। और यन कोयला बोर्ड द्वारा की गई उक्त घोषणा के आधार पर, उक्त सारणी में विनिदिष्ट खान कोककारी कोयला खान हो गई है ;
और यन : कोककारी काथला खान ( आपान उपबन्ध ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 64 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक के उपबंधों के आधार पर , उक्त कोककारी कोयला खानों का प्रबंध, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए , उक्त घोषणा की तारीख को और मे , केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित हो गया है ।
अन : अब, कोककारी कोयला खान ( आपात उपबन्ध ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 64 ) की त्राग 5 की उपधारा ( 7 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

राष्ट्रीय कोरला विकास निगम, रांची को, जो कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) के अश्चोर निगमित सरकारी कम्पनी है , 1972 , दिसम्बर के उन्नीसवें दिन से उक्त कोककारी कोषला स्वानों के अभिरक्षक के रूप में एतद्वारा नियुक्त करती है ।
