S.O. 751. In the notification of the Government of India in the Central Board of Direct Taxes No. S.O. 573 ( E ) dated the 1st September , 1972. published at pages 1575 to 1580 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part II Section 3 Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 1st September , 1972 ,-
(a) at page 1575 ,-
( i ) in line 11 , for " other than company " read " other than a company" ;
( ii ) in line 16 , for " contractors or sub - contractors " read " contractors and sub - contractors " ;
(b) at page 1576 ,-
( i ) in line 1 , insert " ," after the word ' substituted ' ;
( ii ) in line 24, for " 4 ( C ) " read " ( 4C ) " ;

का ० ० 752 :- शुक्रवार, 1 सितम्बर , 1972/ भाद्र 10 , 1894 के भारत के राजस्व, असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना का ० श्रा 573 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जायेंगे :-
1. पृष्ठ 1582 पर पैराग्राफ मं ० 5 का पहला शब्द 'मल' के स्थान पर ' मूल ' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
2. इसी पैराग्राक के उप- वैराग्रारु 2 ( ख ) की प्रथम पंक्ति का अन्तिम शब्द ' अनसार ' के स्थान पर 'अनुमार' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
3. पृष्ठ 1583 पर पैराग्राफ 2 की पहली पंक्ति में 'लाटरी वर्ग ' शब्दों के स्थान पर 'लाटरी/ वर्ग ' पढ़ा जायेगा ।

4. इसी पैराग्राफ की पांचवीं पंक्ति में 'की दर से' के स्थान पर ... की दर से ' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
5. पृष्ठ 1584 पर 17 वीं पंक्ति में ' सं ० थे ' के स्थान पर ' रु ० थी' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
6. पृष्ठ 1585 पर नीचे से तीसरी पंक्ति में ' नियम 37 ' के स्थान पर 'नियम 31 ' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
7. पृष्ठ 1586 पर छठी पंक्ति में 'कतोती' के स्थान पर ' कटौती ' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
8. इसी पृष्ठ की नथीं पंक्ति में ' को तक ' के स्थान पर 'को/ तक ' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
9. इसी पृष्ठ की 12वीं पंक्ति में पहला शब्द ' धभार ' के स्थान पर 'अधिभार ' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
10. पृष्ठ 1586/1 की तीसरी पंक्ति में शब्द ' गई' के स्थान पर ' गई' पढ़ा जायेगा ।
