NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December 1972

S.O. 762(1).—In exercise of the powers conferred toy Section 11 of the Capital Issues (Control) Act, 1947 (29 of 1947) and in supersession of the Noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, S.O. 3948, dated the 26th November, 1970 the Central Government hereby reconstitutes the Advisory Committee on Capital Issues Control consisting of the following members: —

1. Shri R. S. Bhatt. 2. Shri Tulsidas Dasppa, M.P. 3. Shri V. G. Rajadhyaksha. 4. Shri S. K. Bhattacharyya. 5. Shri J. B. Dadachanji.

Shri R. S. Bhatt shall be the Chairman of the Advisory Committee. 2. The Advisory Committee shall have a tenure of two years.
