S.O. 763(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 13B of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in supersession of its Notification No. 429/A&NI/71(1), dated the 6th October, 1972, the Election Commission hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Shri R, Kishen Saroop, Assistant Commissioner (Settlement), Port Blair, as the Electoral Registration Officer for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Parliamentary Constituency.
