NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December 1972
G.S.R. 498(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of section 5 of the Coking Coal Mines (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1971 (64 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following modifications in the Table appended to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines), No. GSR 491(E), dated the 19th December, 1972, namely:—
In column 4 of the said Table, for the entries against serial numbers 1 and 2, the following entries shall be, and shall be deemed always to have been, respectively substituted, namely:—
"Ownership under dispute".
