ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL New Delhi, the 29th December 1972
S.O. 772(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 19G8, namely:— 1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Twentieth Amendment Order, 1972.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in Schedule I. Part 'B' the word "and Barseem Seeds" in the existing entry against item No. 27(i) shall be deleted,
3. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in Schedule I Part 'A' after item No. 6(xiii), the following items shall be added: —
"6(xiv) Egyptian Clover, (Berseem), Trifolium alexandrinum Seeds, (xv) lucerne (Alfalfa) Medicago sativa Seeds, (xvi) PPersian clover, (Shaftal), Trifolium resupinatum Seeds.
