S.O S(E)-Int emprise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the General Intrance Business (Nionahsation) Act, 1972 (57 of 1972). the Central Government hereby directs that the undertaking of every existing insurer, who is not an Indian insurance company, specified in column (2) of the Schedule to the notification, which stands transferred to. and vested in the Central Government on the appointed day under that sub-section, shall be trans- ferril to and pastel India inductance company specified in the corresponding entry in coulmn (3) of the said Schedule.
