S. O. 7 (B) . Whereas I , F. G. T. Menezes , have been authorised by the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India under sub - clause ( a) of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 , to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said order :
Now, therfore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 6 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 , read with the notification of the Govt . of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture No. G. S. R. 882 dated the 24th September 1958 , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture , Department of Food , No. S. O. 698 (E) dated the 9th November 1972 , I hereby fix , with the prior concurrence of the Central Government , the Maximum prices at which vegetable

(2) The price limits for sale by producer specfied stove are inclusive of freight but exclusive of excise duty, sales tax, cctrol terminal tax and other local taxes .
(3 ) The price limits for sale by wholesaler and by retailer specified above arc inculsive of freight ard excise duty, but cxclusive of sales tax , octroi , terminal tax and similar other Iccal taxes .

Explanation.-
(i) " retailer " means a dealer who sells not more than 16.5 kgs of vegetable o 1 products to any one consumer at a time .
(ii) " wholesaler " means a dealer who sells vegetabe oil product
(a) to a retailer in any quantity , or (b) to a consumer exceeding 16.5 kgs . at a time

का० आ० 7 (अ ) .--यत . मै , एफ ० जी ० टो ० मैनेजिज, वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण श्रादेश
1947 के खंड 2 के उपखंड ( क ) के अधीन उक्त आदेश की नियंत्रक शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए भारत के वनरपनि तेल उत्त्पाद नियंत्रक द्वारा प्राधिष्कृत किया गया हूं ।
श्रतः अब भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व खाद्य और कृषि मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० सा ० का ० नि० 882 तारीख 24 सितम्बर 1958 के साथ पठिन वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण आदेश , 1947 के खंड 6 के उपखंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के कृषि THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ ० 698 ( म) तारीख 9-10-1972 को अधिकृत करते हुए , मैं एतद्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व सहमति से , अधिकतम कीमतें जिन पर वनस्पति तेल उत्पादों को नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट विभिन्न जोनों में 2-1-1973 से विक्रय किया जा सकेगा , निम्म- लिखित रूप में नियत करता हूं-

हरियाणा , पंजाब , राजस्थान , उत्तर प्रदेश ( जोन ' ख ' में दिए गए जिलो तथा क्षेत्रों के अतिरिक्त ) , चंडीगढ़ और दिल्ली ।
हिमाचल प्रदेश , जम्म् नथा कश्मीर तथा उत्तरप्रदेश के अलमोड़ा, चमोली, गढ़वाल, पिथौरागढ़ , टेरी गढ़वाल और उत्तर काशी जिले . तथा बेहरादून और नैनीताल जिलो के पर्वतीय क्षेत्र ।

( 3 ) थोक विक्रेता द्वाग और फुटकर विक्रेता द्वारा विक्रय के लिए उपरोक्त विनिर्दिष्ट कीमन मीमाओं में इलाई ओर उन्पाद शुल्क सम्मिलित हैं किन्तु विक्रय कर. चुंगी, सीमा कर और ऐसे ही अन्य स्थानीय कर सम्मिलित नहीं हैं ।
स्पष्टीकरण :--
( i) फुटकर विक्रेता से ऐसा व्यवहारी अभिप्रेत है जो किसी एक उपभोक्ता को एक समय में 16.5 किलोग्राम से अधिक वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद विक्रय नहीं करता है ।
( ii ) " थोक विक्रेता " मे ऐसा व्यवहारी अभिप्रेत है जा,
( क ) किसी फुटकर विक्रेता को किसी मात्रा में, या
(ख ) किसी उपभोक्ता को एक समय में 16.5 किलोग्राम से अधिक वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद विक्रय करता है ।
