NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 7(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with Rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to Schedule III appended to the said rules.
2. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Amendment Rules, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In Schedule III appended to the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, under the heading "A-Posts carrying pay above the time-scale under the State Governments" against "Andhra Pradesh" for the entries: —
"First Member Board of Revenue Rs. 2750/-" the following entries shall be substituted, namely: — ".First Member Board of Revenue Rs. 3000/".
