G.SJt. 8(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of sec- tion 1 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972 (13 of 1972), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of January, 1973, as the date on which sections 11 to 19 (both inclusive) of the said Act shall come into force,
