(MARINE PRODUCTS INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT CONTROL)
S.O. 14 (E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act , 1972 ( 13 of 1972 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Marine Products Export Development Authority Rules , 1972 namely : --
1. These rulesrules may be called the Marine Products Authority (Amendment ) Rules , 1972 . Export Development
2. In rule 33 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Rules , 1972 for sub - rule ( 2 ) , the following sub - rule shall be substituted , namely :---
" ( 2 ) Every application under sub - rule ( 1 ) for the registration of a fishing vessel , processing plant , storage premises or conveyance specified in column ( 1 ) of the Table below shall be accompanied by the fees specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said Table:

2. Storage ( Chilled and Frozen )
( a) For storage upto and including 50 tons capacity ( both chilled and frozen)

Rs. 50.00 (a) For plants with processing capacity to handle upto and including 5 tons of raw material
(b) For plants with processing capacity to handle above 5 tons of raw material

(सामुद्रिक उत्पाद उद्योग विकास नियंत्रण)
नई दिल्ली, 10 जनवरी 1973
हा० आ ० 14 ( श्र ) . सामुद्रिक उत्पाद निर्यात विकास प्राधिकारी अधिनियम , 1972 ( 1972 का 13 ) की धारा 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार सामुद्रिक उत्पाद निर्यात विकास प्राधिकारी नियम , 1972 में संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. इन नियमों का नाम सामुद्रिक उत्पाद निर्यात विकास प्राधिकारी ( संशोधन ) नियम, 1972 है ।
2. सामुद्रिक उत्पाद निर्यात विकास प्राधिकारी नियम, 1972 के नियम 33 में उप- नियम ( 2 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप- नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
" ( 2 ) नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट मछली पकड़ने के जलयान , प्रसंस् करण संयंत्र भण्डारकरण-परिसर या वाहन के रजिस्ट्रीकरण के लिए उपनियम ( 1 ) के अधीन प्रत्येक आवेदन के साथ उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट फीम दी जाएगी :-

2. भण्डारकरण ( द्रुतशीतित और प्रशीतित )
50.00 (क) 50 टन की क्षमता ( द्रुतशीतित और प्रशीतित दोनों ) तक के और उसे सम्मिलित करते हुए भण्डारकरण के लिए
100.00 (ख ) 50 टन की क्षमता ( द्रुतशीतित और प्रशीतित दोनों ) से अधिक के भण्डारकरण के लिए
3. प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र
50.00 ( क) 5 टन तक के और उसे सम्मिलित करते हुए कच्चे माल के प्रबन्ध के प्रसंस्करण की क्षमता रखने वाले संयंत्रों के लिए
100.00 (ख) 5 टन से अधिक कच्चे माल के प्रबन्ध के प्रसंस्करण की क्षमता रखने वाले संयंत्रों के लिए
