S.O. 21(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), and in partial modification of the notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce, No. S.O. 3981, dated the 22nd December, 1965 read with the Order of the Government of India, Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 5535, dated the 20th December, 1971 and in supersession of the notified Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Foreign Trade, No. S.O. 614(E), dated the 19th September, 1972, the Central Government hereby authorises, with effect from the 1st January, 1973, the Attar Pradesh State Textile Corporation to take over the management of the whole of the Muir Mills Limited, Kanpur, in place of the National Textile Cor- poration Limited.
