ORDER
New Delhi, the 15th January 1973
S.O. 22(E)/18AA/niRA/73.—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the persons in charge of the industrial undertaking known a? Shri Janki Sugar Mills and Company, Doiwala District Dehra Dun (Uttar Pradesh) (hereinafter in this under referred to as the said industrial undertaking) have by creation of incum- anches on the assets of the said industrial undertaking and by diversion of funds, -tought about a situation which is likely to affect the production of sugar manu- ractured in the said industrial undertaking and that immediate action is necessary to prevent such a situation:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Government hereby authorises the Uttar Pradesh State Sugar Corporation Limited, to take over the managemeni of the whole of the said industrial under- taking.
This order shall have effect for a period of one year from the date of its publica- tion in the Official Gazette.
