NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th January 1973
S.O. 23(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely:
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Amendment Rules, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2 In the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, in the Schedule, under the heading "MINISTRY OF DEFENCE", after entry 9. the follow- ing entry shall be inserted, namely: —
•'10. Military Lands and Director/Joint Director, Cantonments Directorate Deputy Director, at
