ORDER New Delhi, the 19th January 1973

S.O. 33(E)/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 725(E)/ 18A/IDRA/72, dated the 25th November, 1972, namely: —

In the said Order, under the heading "Members", for serial No. 3 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:

"3. Shri S. K. Chakravarty. Manager (Technical), Industrial ReconstructionCorporation of India Limited, 19 Netaji Subhas Road Calcutta-1". [No. 25(26)/72-CUC.l X). K. SAXENA. Jt. Secy. (207)
