S.O. 37 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Com- missions of Inquiry Act. 1952 (60 of 1952) and, in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Cabinet Secretarial (Department of Personnel) No 375/31/71-AVD III (SO 3863), dated the 16th October, 1971, published in the Gazette of India. Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16th October, 1971, the Central Government hereby appoints, with effect from the 20th January 1973 (Afternoon), Shri Lakshmi Nareyan Chhangam, a retired Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, in place of shri Durga Shankar Dave (resigned), to constitute the Commission of Inquiry to inquire into the matters specified in the said notification
