S-O- 40(E). -In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. S.O. 704(E), dated the 14th November, 1972, published at page 1899 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II. Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 14th November, 1972 in line 4 of the Table —
(a) for " 1" below the word "Date", read "(1)";
(b) insert "(2)" below the words "Provisions of the Act".
