G.S.R. 33(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Coal Mines (Taking over of Management) Ordinance, 1973 (No. 1 of 1973), the Central Government hereby specifies Shri j. G. Kumaramangalam, Chalrman- cttm-Managing Director, National Coal Development Corporation, 6, Lyons Range, Calcutta, as the authorised person in respect of all the mines to which the provisions of section 4 of the Ordinance apply.
G.S.R. 34(K).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (6) of section 4 of the Coal Mines (Taking over of Management) Ordinance, 597,3 (No. 1 of 1973), the Central Government hereby specifies Shri J. G. Kumaramangalam, Chairman- cum-Managing Director. National Coal Development Corporation, 6. Lyons Range, Calcutta, as the person to whom the documents mentioned therein shall be delivered in respect of all the mines to which the provisions of section 4 apply.
G.S.R. S5(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 2(a) of section 5 of the Coal Mines (Taking over of Management) Ordinance, 1973 (No. 1 of 1973), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri J. G. Kumaramangalam, Chairman-ewm-Managlng Director, National Cool Development Corporation, 6. Lyons Range. Calcutta, as the Custodian General for exercising supervision and "control over all the coal mines, the management of which is taken over under the said Ordinance.
