ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th January 1973
G.S.R. 38(E)/Eas. Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order to amend the Sugar (Price Dstermination for 1972-73 Production) Order, 1972.
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination for 1.172-73 Production) Amendment Order, 1972,
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In Schedule It to the Sugar (Price Determination for 1972-7:3 Production) Order, 1972, under the heading "Maha'ashtra", after serial No. 43 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and the entry shall be inserted, namely:—
"44 shree Satpuda Tapi Parisar Sahakari Sakhnr Ka-kbana Ltd., Lonkheda, Dongargaon Tal, Shahada, Distt Dhulia."
