New Delhi, the 8th February 1973
S.O. 79 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby appoints, under sub-clause 2(9) of the Essential Commodities (Regulation of Production and Distribution for the purposes of Export) Order, 1966 the following officers as Directors for the purposes of the said Central Order: —
(i) Shri P, N. Kapur, Textile Commissioner, Bombay.
(ii) Shri R. C. Saksena, Joint Textile Commissioner, Bombay.
(iii) Shri T. B. Dutt, Industrial Adviser, Office of the Textile Commissioner, Bombay.
(iv) Shri R. Viswanathan, Adviser (Cotton), Office of the Textile Com- missioner, Bombay.
