New Delhi, the nth February 1973
S.O. 83(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby orders that Brig. B. .1. Shahaney, (Retd.) Chairman-cum-Managing Director, National Instruments Ltd., Calcutta, who is also an Officer on Special Duty in the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development, shall act as the disciplinary authority for imposing the penalties specified in clauses (1) to (iv) of rule 11 of the said Rules, in respect of the persons appointed to Central Civil Posts included in the General Centra". Service Class II, General Central Service Class III and General Central Service Class IV who arc on foreign service to that company.
