S.O. 84 ( E ) .- In exercise of powers conferred upon me under Section 2 ( a) of the Produce Cess Act 1965 read with Notification No. GSR . 884 dated 26-3-69 and G.S.R. 888 dated 28-3-69 issued by the Ministry of Food , Agricultu , Community DevelopmentDevelo & Co - operation (De- partment of Agriculture ) and in supercession of this office earlier Notification Nos . 4 / CX / 69 dated 18-11-69 , I hereby authorise the officers of Central Excise not below the rank specified in Col. 4 of the sub - joined table the powers of Collector under various Sections of the Proauce Cess Act 1966 , mentioned in Column 2 thereof.

एस ०श्रो ०84 ( न. ) - मैं, खाद्य, कृषि, सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय के षि विभाग द्वारा पूर्व प्रचरित अधिसूचना सं ० जी ० एस ० आर ० 884 दिनांक 26-3-69 और जी ० एस ० भार ० 888 दिनांक 28-3-69 के साथ पढ़े जाने पर उत्पाष उपकर अधिनियम 1966 की धारा 2 ( अ ) के अन्तर्गत मुझे सौंपी गई अपनी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस कार्यालय की दिनांक 18-11-69 को प्ररित अधिसूचना सं ० 4/मी ऐक्स/ 69 को निर्वातत करते हुए उत्पाद उपकर अधि- नियम 1966 के कालम दो में विहित विभिन्न धाराओं में अभिकथित ( समाहर्ता की शक्तियों से केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क के उन अधिकारियों को संपन्न करता हूं जो उपयुक्त कालम के साथ आने वाले कालम चार के साथ नत्थी तालिका में दिए गए अधिकारियों की श्रेणी के तो कम से कम हों ही ।
