S.O. 85(E)/IDRA/18G/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G and section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (C5 of 1951), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely,
1 (i) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Third Amendment) Order, 1972.
(ii) It shall come into ellect from 31st May 1972.
2. In the Schedule to the Cement Control Order, 1967 In the second paragraph, for the words, abbreviations and figures "an additional price of Rs. 59,00 per tonne", the words, abbreviations and figures "an addition price of Rs. 50.50 per tonne", shall be substituted.
