NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th February 1973

S.R.O. 5(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1047 (15 of 1947), and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. 1-E, dated the 6th January 1973, the Central Government hereby declares every service connected with the generation and supply of electricity in the State of Andhra Pradesh to be a service of vital importance to the community,

2. This notification shall come into force on the 6th February, 1973.
