וני1 ( SR 8 ( E ) -In cxercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Sec of the All India Services Act 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule i and irst pr viso to sub rule ( 2 ) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules 1934 the Central ( overnment in consultation with ir Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the follwing amendments to the Indian Admiris- the Se۱۱ م (Fisation of Cadr , Strength ) Regulations 1955
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Adminstrative Service (Cadie First Amendment Rules 1973

नई मन्त्रिमण्डल सचिवालय ( कार्मिक विभाग ) दिल्ली 12 फरवरी , 1973
मा० का० नि० 58 ( अ) भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संबर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उप - नियम ( 1 ) के माथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , महाराष्ट्र सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवम् मख्या वा नियतन ) विनियम 1955 में संशोधन करने के लिये एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनानी है अर्थात्--
1 ( 1 ) इन नियमो को भारतीय प्रणासन सेवा ( मवर्ग ) पहला संशोधन नियम , 1973 कहा जा सकेगा ।
12 ) ये भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होगे ।
उक्त विनियमो की अनुमुची में महाराष्ट्र के अन्तर्गत प्रविष्टियां के स्थान पर --
"सचिन सरकार के विशेष मचिच "परिवहन के निदेशक 1"
निम्नलिखिन प्रविष्टिया प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी अर्थात
'मरकार ने विशेर मनिव . 2" मरकार के चिव 'परिवहन श्रायक्न 15'

GSR 39 ( E ) -In cercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Sec hon 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 , read with rule 11 of the Indian Admin- bitative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Maharashtra , hereby makes the following amendments to Schedule III appended to t'er said aules-
( 1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Series ( Pay ) Second Amendment Rules , 1973 . ( 2 ) They shall come unto force on the date of their publication in the Official

( 1 ) under the heading ' A- Posts carrying pay above the time scale under the State Governments ' again... " Maharashtra " for the entries in serona and third columns

the following entries shall be substituted , namely:-- "Special Semetames to Government-Rs . 3000/ "Secretar.es to Govermanent - Rs . 2500-125/ 2-2750 " .
(2 ) under the heading B- Posts carrying pay in the senior time scale of the Indian Administrative Service under the State (Hovernments , in- cluding posts carrying special pay in addition to pay in the time scale " for me entry in the second column against Maharashtra , SLC 3 ( 1 ) ]

ना०वानि) 59( श्र। भारतीय प्रणामन मेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1951 के मियम 11 के साथ पठिन अखिल भारतीय सवाए अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदन शक्तियो का प्रयोग करने हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार महाराष्ट्र मरवार के परामर्ण में उक्त नियमो के साथ सलग्न अनुसूची III म एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित मशोधन करती है
1 ( 1 ) दन नियमा को भाग्नीय प्रशासन मत्रा ( वेतन ) दूमग मशोधन नियम, 1973 यहा जा मागा ।
( 2) ये मकारी गजपत्र में प्रकामित होने की तारीख में लागू हेंगे ।
