Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Members of the Advisory Council on Trade, the Private and Military Secretaries to the President, the Prime Minister's Secretariat the Planning Commission, all Ministries of the Government of India and all the State Governments in India.

Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
