NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th February 1973G.S.R. 61(E)/Sugar Export-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central Government hereby fixes 103,000 tonnes (one lakh and three thousand tonnes) of sugar as the quantity which may be exported during the period com- mencing on the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette and ending with the 31st day of December, 1973.
