NOTIFICATION

CUSTOMS New Delhi the 16th February 1973

G.S.R. 62(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 15 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Go- vernment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. G.S.R. 50E, dated 1st February, 1973, the Central Government hereby determines that for the purposes of Sections 14 and 15 of the said Act, the rates of exchange for conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) of the Sche- dule below into Indian currency or vice versa shall be the rate mentioned against in column(3) thereof.
