No. l-PR(NP)/73.—Government of India in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting hereby confirm and adopt the Import Policy for Newsprint and Art Paper, as announced in the Ministry of Foreign Trade Import Trade Control Public Notices No. 22-ITC(PN)/73, dated 12th February 1973 and No. 23-ITC(PN)/73, dated 12th February 1973, respectively. Authorisations for indigenous newsprint manufactured by Nepa Mills shall be granted on the basil of the provisions of the said Public Notice and subject to the conditions set out thereinM. A. S.
