SUBJECT.—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the year April, 1972-March 1973 (Amend-

ment No. 48).

No. 27-ITC(PN)/73—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book) Volume II for the period April 1972— March 1973, issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 47-lTC(PN)/72, dated 3-4-1972.

2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places as indicated below :—

3. Consequent to the above amendment, the following changes may be made in the index of the above Red Book :•—

(a) The serial number of the item "AutomDbile buses" appsaring on pag; iii may be amended to read as A,T36-i(a).

(b) The serial number of the item "Buses" appearing on page (v) may be amended to read as A.I36-I(R),

(d) The serial number of the item "Haulpak" appearing on page (xii) may be amended to read as A.i36-i(a').

(c) The serial number of the item "Jeeps" appearing on page (xill) of the index may be amended to read as A . I 3 6 T ( ).

(f) The serial number of the item "Motor vehicles" appearing on page (xv) may btf amended to read as A.l36r(a).

(g) The serial number of the item "Passenger cars, trucks, station wagons, buses and other motor vehicles excluding jeeps" appearing on page (xvi) may be amended to rea ' as A, 136-1 (a).

(h) The serial number of the item ' Station Wagon" appearing on page (xxl) of the index may be amended to read as A.i36i(a).

(i) The serial number of the item "Tempo Hanseat three wheelers" appearing on page (xxii) of the index may be amended to read as A.I36- i(a).

(j) The serial numbers of the items "Tempo Matador four wheelers (Diesel engine)" and "Tempo Viking four wheelers (Petrol Engine¹)" appjaring on page (xxii) may be amended to read as A.i36i(a).

(10 The serial number of the item "Trucks" appearing on page (xxiii) may be amended to read as A.i36i(a").
