New Delhi, the 21st February 1973

G.S.R. 68(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with the proviso there to of section 15 of the Achitects Act 1972 (20 of 1972) the Central Govt. after consultation with the Expert Committee set up under the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 14 of the said Act hereby directs that the architectural qualifications granted by the Universities or other institutions in the countries outside India mentioned below shall be recognised qualifications for the purposes of this Act, namely —

AUSTRALIA

1  Degree  of  Bachelor   of  Architecture  awarded    by   the  University  of
      Adelaide.
2.  Degree  of  Bachelor  of  Architecture  awarded   by   the  University  of
      Melbourne.
3  Degree  of  Bachelor   of  Architecture  awarded    by  the  University  of
      New  South  Wales,  Kensington.

GERMANY

4 Diploma-Inceniur awarded by the Technical Universities in Federal

Republic of Germany in Architecture.
