New Delhi, the 22nd February 1973
S.O. 104(E)/Ess/Comm/Iron& Steel.—In exercise of the powers conferred by- Clause 17B of the Iron and Steel (Control) Order, 1956 and in partial modifica- tion of Notification No. S.O. 1567/Ess/Comm/Iron & Steel dated 7-4-71, the Central Government has decided that the word "and" shall be deleted where occurs before the words "the Hindustan Steel Limited, Durgapur, and further that the following entry shall be made after "the Hindustan Steel Ltd., Durgapur" in sub-para (ii) of para 2(a) regarding Joint Plant Committee's composition:
"and the Bokaro Steel Ltd., Bokaro"
