NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd February 1973
8.O. 105(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), and in partial modification of the notification in the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce, No. S.O. 1844, dated the 18th June, 1966, in so far as it relates to the cattle fodder of any of the varie- ties specified in the Schedule annexed hereto, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the said Act to make orders under clauses (c), (d), (e), (f) (h), (i) and (j) of sub-section (2) of that section shall be excisable also by the Government of the State of Madhya Pradesh in that State.
This order shall come into force on the date of its publican on in the Gazetts of India and shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31st March. 1973.
