S.O. 106(E).—Shri R. D. Bhandare. Member of Lok Sabha from Bombay Central constituency of Maharashtra having been appointed Governor of the Stale of Bihar, his seat in Lok Sabha has, under clause (1) of article 158 of the Consti- tution, become vacant with effect from the 4th February, 1973, the date on which he entered upon his office as Governor.
