S.O. 114(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Com- missions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Co- operation (Department of Food). No. SO. 3180, dated the 28th September, 1970, namely:—

In paragraph 5 of the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "by the 28th February, 1973", the words, figures and letters "by the 31st August, 1973" shall be substituted [No, 2-1/73-Sugar| S.
