No. DRAWBACK / PN - 9 / 73.- Under rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the fol- owing amendments in the Table Published inin the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 :-

सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/ पी० एन० 9/ 73.-सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्त्र असाधारण दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं० 60/ 22/ 70-प्र० श्र० ) के नियम 3 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/पी० एन० 1 , दिनांक 16 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :--
उप-क्रम सं० 3826 तथा उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित उप- क्रम सं० तथा प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जायगी , अर्थात्:-

3827 कागज/पोलिथीन के साथ परत चढ़ी हुई अथवा अन्तःपत्त्रीयण की हुई एल्यू-
मिनियम की पन्नियां ।
जहां तक कागज अन्तर्ब्रस्तु, यदि कोई हो, का सम्बन्ध है, उप- क्रम सं० 2407 अथवा 2409 अथवा 2410 जैसा भी मामला हो, के अन्तर्गत लागू समुचित दर तथा उप- क्रम सं० 1914 के अन्तर्गत पोलिथीन अन्तर्वस्तु यदि कोई हो , तो उसके सम्बन्ध में लागू दर ।
इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के लागू होते ही उपर्युक्त माल के सम्बन्ध में अलग -अलग निर्माता/निर्यातकर्ता के लिए निश्चित की गयी सभी ब्रांड दरें रखूव की गई समझी जायेंगी ।

India, Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 , Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 / F.No . 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of dated the 15th October , 1971 :-
For sub - serial No. 5005 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted :-

सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ बी० एन० 10/73.--सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रति- अदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्त्र असाधारण दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फासं ० 602/ 2/ 70 -प्र ० अ ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्बजनिक सूचना सं० प्रतिअदायगी/पी ० एन ० 1, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उप-क्रम सं० 5005 तथा उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रति- स्थापित किया जायगा :-

5005. बाईसिकिल की सभी किस्मों की चेनें , अर्थात् " ( 12.70 मि ० मी ० ) बाले पिच की इस्पात की वेल्लित " बेनें; (3.175 मि ० मी ० ) चौड़ाई; और 7.75 मि ० मी ० वेल्लित व्यास; चाहें संयोजित हों अथवा असंयोजित और चा हे लम्बाई में हों अथवा इससे भिन्न ।
