CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 1st March 1973

G.S.R, 154(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), Nos. 47/69- Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1969 and 64/72-Central Excises, dated the 17th March, 1972, namely;—

In each of the said notifications, for the words and figures "No. 129/69- Central Excises, dated the 29th April, 1969", the words and figures "No, 56/73-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1973" shall be sub- stituted.
