NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st March 1973

S.O. 116 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India In the Minis- try of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture) No. S.O. 519(E), dated the 4th August, 1972, read with the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture) No. S.O. 58(E), dated the 31st January, 1973, namely:—•

In the Schedule to the said notification No. S.O. 519(E), after item (vii), the following items shall be added, namely:—

"(viii) Maize Hay.

(ix) Cotton Seed,

(x) Molasses, (xi) Gingelly oil cake, (xii) Saffale oil cake, (xiii) Sesame oil cake."[No. 24-2/72-L.D.III.] V. K. MALIK, Director (AH). (419)
